周永红,男,1966年出生,博士,二级研究员,博士生导师,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,现任中国林科院林产化学工业研究所所长,兼任生物质化学利用国家工程实验室常务副主任、国家林产化学工程技术研究中心常务副主任、全国林化产品标准技术委员会副主任委员、中国林学会生物质材料科学分会副主任委员、中国林学会林产化工分会常务理事、南京市粘接协会理事长、国家林业生物基材料与化学品科技创新联盟理事长。1988年7月本科毕业于河南大学化学系有机化学专业,1991年7月毕业于中国林科院林产化学加工专业,获硕士学位;1991年8月至2005年6月在中国林科院林产化学工业研究所从事科研工作(期间2002年1月获工学博士学位)。2005年7月被聘任为中国林科院林产化学工业研究所副所长,2016年6月被聘为所长。

长期从事松脂、油脂和木质素等林业生物质绿色化学转化创新合成生物质能源、生物基高分子材料和绿色化学品及其应用的相关研究。在木质素分子定向调控及合成高分子材料研究方面,创新研发了木质素的新型高效氧化预处理活化技术和木质素改性酚醛泡沫的连续化生产技术;在生物质聚氨酯节能保温材料研究方面,创新研制了松脂基和油脂基聚酯聚醚多元醇、阻燃型生物质聚酯聚醚多元醇以及达到石化产品水平的阻燃型生物质聚氨酯节能保温材料。主持或参加完成了国家“十二五”、“十三五”科技支撑、“863”国家重大科技项目、国家基金、国家专用化学品研究、科技部农业科技成果推广、国家重大产业技术开发专项、国际合作、国家林草局948项目和江苏省自然科学基金等国家、省、部级科研课题60余项。江苏省科技进步二等奖(2013)和一等奖(2016)各1项,国家科技进步二等奖2项(1998,2016),梁希林业科技进步二等奖1项(2019),2016入选江苏省“333工程”第二层次培养对象,发表200篇论文,其中SCI收录100篇,获得授权专利60余项。


工作经历

1988年本科毕业于河南大学化学系有机化学专业,1991年毕业于中国林科院林产化学加工专业,获硕士学位;1991-1998年在中国林科院林产化学工业研究所松脂化学研究室从事科研工作;1998-2002年在中国林科院攻读在职博士学位;2002-2005年在中国林科院林产化学工业研究所工作;2005年被聘任为中国林科院林产化学工业研究所副所长,2016年被聘为所长。
