柏惺峰，博士生导师。2017年博士毕业于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所，先后赴新加坡国立大学、比利时安特卫普大学进行博士后研究工作。在Chem. Soc. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., 等国际重要刊物上发表一作或通讯论文多篇。2026年3月以水杉学者“D类”加入南京林业大学化学工程学院。入选江苏省人才项目，欧盟玛丽•居里学者。

2026年3月 至今， 南京林业大学化学工程学院制药工程系，教授、博士生导师。

2020年10月 – 2025年12月, 比利时安特卫普大学，博士后；期间获玛丽•居里学者项目。
